A little escape in every cup

Holiday is a small-batch coffee roastery and café, pouring single-origin coffee across two spots in Auckland — Uptown and Downtown.

We roast in-house and work directly with growers across Colombia, Ethiopia and Peru, picking lots for their character rather than convenience — from washed Caturra grown in Armenia, Quindío to natural-process microlots from the Konga Kebele in Yirgacheffe.

Each cup is meant to feel like a small escape from the everyday — a slow morning, a studio break, a reason to pause. That's the idea behind Holiday: good coffee, poured without rush.
